JOSEPH A. SCHUDT & ASSOCIATES, Frankfort, IL, appointed Michael G. Shackelford, PLS as Vice President and
Matthew C. Anderson, PE as Vice President. Shackelford has been in charge of all surveying services for the firm
since 1995 as Survey Department Manager and Anderson oversees all technical operations for the company as Engineering
Project Manager.
D. Warren Opperman, PE, PLS serves as President and Office Manager of the firm while Joseph A. Schudt, Jr., PE, PLS
continues to work as a consultant for the company.
